Jay Kay Press Again Receives Multiple Awards in Worldwide Print Competition

Dallas, Texas – September 2006 – Jay Kay Press of Dallas, Texas again received multiple awards for outstanding
achievement in the 2006 Premier Print Awards, the graphic arts industry’s largest and most prestigious worldwide
printing competition. The event recognizes those responsible for the creation and production of outstanding
print communications.

Jay Kay won an Award of Recognition in three categories:
“Specialty Inks”: A full-size poster employing fluorescent, process inks and specialty varnishes
“Promotional Campaign: Business-to-Business”: Five item, six-color direct-mail campaign
“Less Than Four-Color Booklets”: A twelve-page, multi-color, specialty papers and inks booklet
There were more than 5,500 entries from printing and graphic arts firms around the world; just 375
of this award were bestowed in this year’s competition.

"It’s an honor to again be recognized at the national level as a company that produces top quality,
award winning materials”, said John Barry, president. “Our employees work very hard to give each
project the same attention and care, and winning three awards is very gratifying for all of us
involved in the process.”

Michael Makin, president and CEO of PIA/GATF, agrees, “Each year, the field of entries attracts
impressive work from some of the best printers in the world. Less than 7% received a single
Award of Recognition in 2006. The craftsmanship and hard work of Jay Kay Press enabled them
to produce several award winning pieces in the face of very stiff competition.”
